AIA Oregon’s Small Firm Exchange (SFx) is seeking passionate volunteers to step up and lead the statewide committee for the 2026 year. We are looking for a dedicated Chair or Section Co-Chairs who can bring vision, energy, and leadership to our community of small firm architects and other AEC professionals.

As a Chair or Co-Chair, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the direction of the Small Firms Exchange, connect with peers across the state and country on a weekly basis, and advocate for the needs of small firms in your state. This is a chance to make a impact on the profession while developing your leadership skills and growing your network.

In addition to leadership roles, there are also numerous other volunteer opportunities available right now to get involved and contribute to the success of SFx.
