Rowell Brokaw Announces Leadership Expansion

Expanding our leadership team, Rowell Brokaw Architects congratulates . . .

Austin Bailey, Principal. Austin is a skilled designer and creative problem-solver on technically complex projects. He leads Rowell Brokaw’s science and technology work, with experience in aquatic research facilities, imaging suites, cleanrooms, technology platforms, teaching facilities, and traditional wet and dry laboratory environments. His work outside of the research and academic sector includes mixed-use residential, corporate headquarters, and adaptive-use projects. He works at the leading edge of integrated design and new models for project delivery.

Britni Jessup, Principal. Britni has a natural ability to connect with clients, to listen, communicate ideas, and deliver innovative solutions. Both an NCIDQ interior designer and licensed architect, she directs interior design on institutional, commercial, and residential projects, and provides overall design leadership on a range of project types. She is a mentor, teacher, and community volunteer, regularly teaching classes in Interior Architecture at the University of Oregon and serving on multiple non-profit boards, including AFO, BRING, Planned Parenthood, and the City of Eugene’s MUPTE committee.

Chris Andrejko, Principal. Chris has earned a reputation for skillfully managing large, complex, visionary projects and at the same time attending to owners’ ongoing facilities needs. He leads our student housing work, having recently completed the University of Oregon Hamilton Walton Transformation Project and is now leading the Next Generation Housing Master Plan and Residence Hall project. Chris also leads our deferred maintenance services for roofs, elevators, HVAC, and all the other unsung parts of our clients’ buildings.

Peter King, Principal. Peter is a versatile design and technical leader with deep knowledge of building systems, construction, and integrated design. He leads our affordable and multi-family housing group, while also working with teams on a diverse range of projects to elevate design integration, constructability, and document quality. A deeply experienced project architect, Peter is a valued mentor and teacher in the firm.
