AIA Eugene CoLA Meeting
Join CoLA and our special guest and resource Kaarin Knudsen, AIA, Better Housing Together for an update on the Eugene ADU Ordinance. We will also discuss upcoming opportunities to advocate regarding affordable housing, missing middle housing, the proposed CET allocation and other issues of concern. This is your opportunity to be better prepared to educate and advocate regarding local housing issues, and to discuss strategies for AIA Eugene to speak more boldly in the community.

AIA Eugene CoLA Meeting
On February 4th, the Eugene community received a progress update on the Town Square and explored ways that Eugene’s rich and diverse culture can be celebrated around the most central public space. Included were drawings for the Farmers Market and four different massing concept options for the City Hall.
Will Dowdy, Urban Planner for the City of Eugene, will be joining the CoLA group at our next meeting to discuss ways to engage our membership on this benchmark project within our downtown.
