Founded in 2006, Dustrud Architecture’s primary focus is multifamily residential and mixed-use development. Recent work also includes senior housing with assisted living and memory care facilities as well as light commercial designs and remodels. Our goal is to create vibrant places for people to live and enjoy as well as durable, safe, and efficient housing for all walks of life. The firm has been consistently recognized for designs that are both environmentally sustainable and welcoming, including People’s Choice and Colleague’s Choice Awards for the region and LEED Certification for a number of projects.
The majority of our work to date has been in the Eugene/Springfield area where we are based, however, we have completed projects ranging from Central Point and Roseburg to Portland and, more recently, Bend and Redmond. As a small firm, we have built a reputation on our ability to work creatively within the restraints of limited budgets and specialized building requirements to create practical built solutions. Additionally, with designers that are former builders, we frequently garner praise from general contractors for being responsive and easy to work with, facilitating a smooth process and successful outcomes for our clients.
