Light House Architecture and Construction (previously drw design-build) is an integrated architecture and construction firm based in Portland, Oregon. Led by Ryan Walsh, Architect, our team works together to create beautiful environments that perform their function and capture the human spirit in refreshing ways.
Completing primarily custom residential work, with an emphasis on daylighting, craft and sustainability, our projects vary in scale from individual rooms of a few square feet, to new homes. Our design approach is not limited by style and we embrace each new project as an opportunity to respond sympathetically to the client, the site, and the context. By honoring each material for its intrinsic qualities, we aim to change the utility of shelter into a modern, uplifting sense of place.
