Accessibility requirements are some of the most confusing out there, especially in multi-family housing. With changing codes, interpretations, and trends, accessibility is not a static standard. These two classes will cover topics from basic accessibility concepts to minimization of risk. The presentation will provide clear and relevant information on 5 major subject areas. Part I will include applicable standards, basic concepts, and the introduction to bathrooms. Part II will be the remainder of bathrooms, kitchens, and common errors. Presented in a logical progression, you will learn the majority of issues that arise during the design and construction phases. Also, presented will be multiple solutions to resolving these common issues taking into account aesthetics, price, and level of tolerable risk

3. Discover resources for code interpretation and assistance
4. Learn several frameworks for evaluating levels of risk
