“Your Presence Matters”
Speaker: Nicole Dodier, Associate Interior Designer, ZGF Architects
Venue: Otak, 808 SW Third Avenue, Suite 800
When Nicole began her educational journey at the University of Oregon, she intended to pursue a career in the fashion industry.
However, an ever-evolving curiosity and the right mentors drew her to the College of Design, where she eventually earned degree in Interior Architecture.
A passion for improving the lives of others through impactful design brought her to ZGF. She has spent the last four years of her career working on a variety of projects at ZGF, from workplace to mixed use across the west coast.
Community outreach and youth advocacy are equally as important to her project work. Through her time as a board member for Portland Workforce Alliance and an after-school teacher at Self-Enhancement Inc, Nicole’s hope is to expose as many students as possible to careers in the AEC industry. Outside of work, Nicole can be found thrifting for vintage furniture or spending time with family and friends.
Please join us on March 23rd for an in-person panel at OTAK Portland to hear more about Nicole’s story as an Interior Designer who grew up in Portland, her academic and professional journey, and her tireless engagement with Portland Youth.
