Deschutes County covers one of the largest physical areas in Central Oregon, with several different zoning categories and multiple types of code requirements. In this presentation, members of the Deschutes County Planning Department will familiarize attendees with current zoning regulations, application processes, and the most efficient ways to utilize online resources; detail common development issues and present ways to avoid those issues; and touch on anticipated upcoming code changes.
