The Emerging Professionals Committee strives to create a supportive group for young professionals to advocate for continued growth and resiliency within the architectural industry and beyond. With the aim to advance Emerging Professional leadership skills within AIA, their firms, and local communities, EPC provides a conduit for streamlining resources, communication, and funding for relevant EP initiatives.

If you are an AIA member, have interest or are involved in the profession and are in the Portland metro area, join us for the first of our monthly planning meetings happening virtually on Zoom. Please note that the other 4 sections of the State chapter have section specific Emerging Professionals Committees - so reach out to your representative for specific section opportunities.

Who:  Architecture students, recent graduates and newly licensed architects ( < 10 years) in the Portland metro area

What: Monthly virtual meeting to plan in-person events & committee initiatives

When: Wednesday January 12th, 2022 12-1pm - moving forward planned for every second Wednesday of the month from 12-1pm
