Sean Edging is a Housing Policy Analyst at the Department of Land Conservation and Development. He received his Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University in 2018. He joined the agency in 2020 to assist in the rulemaking and implementation of House Bills 2001 and 2003, passed in the 2019 Legislative Session.
Lynne McConnell serves as Affordable Housing Manager for the City of Bend. Previously, she was NeighborImpact’s Deputy Director. She holds a BA from U of O and a JD from Lewis and Clark.
