Per Section 5.11 of the AIA Oregon Bylaws, the Annual Chapter Meeting will be Monday, December 20, 2021 from 12:00pm - 1:00pm. The meeting will be a Zoom video conference call. All Chapter members in good standing are welcome and encouraged to attend.

The purpose of the meeting is to update the membership on reports from the board of directors, including financial reports and other business activities. 

Proposed bylaw changes to modify text regarding regional organization will be considered.
