Where: The Octagon in Eugene *and* virtual via Zoom

Who: anyone who owns, works for, or just has an interest in small design firms (architecture & allied professions are welcome to join in; no CEUs provided)

Topic: 2021 Residential Code (ORSC) Updates
Get ready for the return of the Small Firms Exchange! This time we will be looking at the new 2021 Residential Code (already in effect) and how it may impact our work. Christopher Deel will provide a summary of the most critical/relevant changes, but there will be time for questions and discussion as well--if you have any burning questions on the new code, bring them!

We are testing out a "hybrid" approach this time, with limited attendees in the Octagon and everyone else joining virtually via Zoom. (Expect glitches as we have not tried this before! But we'll have fun and learn something anyway.)

There are 7 spots available for in person at the Octagon. They will be given out to the first 7 who sign up.
