Ben Arico expertly balances design talent and technical curiosity, affording a holistic perspective to education and civic work with a portfolio that includes the award-winning YMCA Adaptive Reuse, the University of New Mexico McKinnon Center for Management, and the PPS Lincoln High School Replacement. He excels at iterative design study and is adept at conceptualizing scale to help clients realize their vision. Ben currently serves on the AIA Oregon Social Justice Action Plan Committee and is Director-Elect of the Portland Section of AIA Oregon.

Sarah Weber is a senior interior designer and Associate Principal passionate about designing spaces that weave planning, materiality and details into compelling story. She excels at finding intuitive, human-focused solutions to complex programs, having led the design of numerous high-profile commercial projects. Her work includes the Meier & Frank Building Redevelopment, an award-winning renovation integrating modern materials with historical character. As a champion of sustainability and wellness, Sarah is especially committed to eliminating toxins from the indoor environment.
