Session Description: The firm panel will explore the ways Oregon firms are addressing and incorporating Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusive concepts and practices into their firm culture and design projects. Attendees will hear from firms of various sizes to understand what steps these firms have and are taking to actively address social equity within their firm culture and structures.
