Per Section 5.11 of the AIA Oregon Bylaws, the Annual Chapter Meeting will be Friday, October 16, 2020 from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.  The meeting will be a Zoom video conference call. 

All Chapter members in good standing are welcome and encouraged to attend.

The purpose of the meeting is to update the membership on reports from the board of directors, including financial reports and other business activities.  A proposed bylaw change to modify the start and completion date of the term for At Large Board Members will be included.
